Driving Directions to Denney Ranch 2:
The physical address is 10215 F. M. 963, Burnet, TX 78611. (This is not the mailing address. See above.)

Denney Ranch 2 is not hard to find. It rests at the top of a roughly equilateral triangle formed with Burnet and Bertram, 1.3 miles from the junction of F. M. 963 and 1174. Of course, you can call us if you if you need additional information.

From the main intersection in Burnet (Highways 29 and 281), head north on U. S. Highway 281 until you get to the next stoplight. This is Graves Street/F. M. 963. Turn right on F. M. 963 and drive 9.3 miles. The gate is on your right and is flanked by limestone uprights with barn-red crossbars. A sunflower-yellow sign at the entrance says, “BIRDING 756-9636.” Another sunflower-yellow sign on a little pecan tree at the gate says, “10215.” If you happen to drive past the gate and reach the junction of F. M. 963 and 1174 (the road to Bertram), you have gone 1.3 miles too far.

From Bertram (on Texas 29), turn at the stoplight onto F. M. 1174 North/F. M. 243 East. (This is a right turn if you are heading west on Texas 29, coming from the direction of Liberty Hill.) Cross the railroad tracks, curve past the elementary school, and turn left onto F. M. 1174. (Continuing straight on F. M. 243 East will eventually take you to U. S. Highway 183.) Go 9.0 miles on F. M. 1174 to its junction with F. M. 963. Turn left on 963 and go 1.3 miles. The gate is on your left, right after Lorene Denney’s (Deborah’s mom’s) mailbox and John Deere-green gate.

Please have a safe journey. We look forward to meeting you.
